Quick Bio on me
I come from a band of
military brothers. Both my elder brothers are retired from the Air Force. I
held back but later joined the US Army Reserves.
I'm a trained
professional cook. I completed my training at the Illinois Institute of Art’s
culinary school in Chicago while continuing to work my job as a warehouse
manager.
As a warehouse manager I
oversaw the day-to-day operations of a large warehouse facility in the Chicago
area. After 20 years in the same industry I left to put my culinary training to
the test and landed a managing position overseeing the operations of a Sushi
production plant in the city’s west side.
I actually started my
real estate career back in 2011 while still working at the Sushi plant. I
joined a small group of real estate investors who purchased distressed
properties, rehabbed them, and then offered them to folks who needed time to
qualify for a mortgage loan, under a lease option agreement (Rent to Own). My
principal role was the leasing and sales of our rehabbed properties.
Fast forward:
Soon after putting that
career behind me, I became licensed as a Real estate Broker and have been
helping people in that capacity ever since. Today I’m a licensed Managing Real
Estate Broker. When I'm not working in my real estate business I spend time with
my family, and I cook. Cooking helps me to de-stress while I’m rebooting.
Given my past and
present experience, I’m confident that I can help you prepare your home to sell
quicker, and for the most money. I will point out areas of concern and give you
my advice on what you can do to correct any issue that might affect the smooth
and quick sale of your home. If you are open to suggestions, I can make
recommendations for staging the home before we begin to show it.
That's the quick bio on
me. If you are looking for an agent you can trust who will stay with you
throughout the entire selling process, I’m your guy. Transparent, straight
forward no BS agent who cares about his clients. I always answer my own phone.
It will always be me at the other end picking up. If it’s important to you,
it’s important to me. Call me anytime seven days a week. If for any reason I
can’t answer your call, rest assured I will call you back.
